These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jet Pink Vacations website and membership service, operated by Jet Pink LLC (“Jet Pink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 30 N Gould Street Suite 7494, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Jet Pink Vacations provides access to a private travel membership. By purchasing a membership through app.jetpinkvacations.com, you gain access to exclusive travel discounts and benefits available through our travel partner portal at jetpinkvacations.com.
Travel deals and bookings are fulfilled by Arrivia, a third-party travel provider. When using jetpinkvacations.com, you are subject to Arrivia’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Jet Pink LLC is not responsible for the services or content provided within the Arrivia platform.
By signing up, you authorize Jet Pink to charge your selected payment method for the membership price on a recurring basis unless canceled. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel anytime as long as your account has no active future bookings. You may cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting support at members@jetpinkvacations.com.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information at the time of registration and to keep it current throughout your membership.
Jet Pink reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the membership service in the event of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
By signing up, you consent to receive marketing messages via email, SMS, and other channels. You may opt out at any time, though essential service communications will still be delivered.
